Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item on your order, without giving any reason.

and request a return from your Orders page. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead — you won't be able to access the account URL without an email.
Once we receive your return request, we will confirm receipt promptly.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at https://shopify.com/77781008729/account
any time before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/77781008729/account and cancel from your Orders page. If you checked out with a phone number only, use the link in your SMS order confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method and will include the standard outbound shipping cost. Express or upgraded shipping costs are not refundable.
Return shipping costs
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items that cannot be returned
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads (crochet patterns)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
